Following training there will be an evaluation period. If you meet our performance standards, we will provide you and your team with the funds required to trade. At the end of each month, trading profits are split between SmartWorX Capital and your team. SmartWorX Capital bears all risk and absorbs losses.
YOU SELECT AND BUILD YOUR OWN TEMPO TEAM AND LEARN HOW TO TRADE ON THE TEMPO TRADING SOFTWARE FREE OF CHARGE.
You and your team members may log into our servers from anywhere in the world using your computer and internet connection. You will manage your team and schedule shifts to ensure that the full 23 hour per day trading requirement is met. You and your team will earn a percentage of the trading profits. This entire process will cost you nothing.
